All staff certified in pediatric First Aid and CPR.

The stability of our staff is unequaled. The average length of service of senior staff is 12 years. The staff is interdenominational and consists of certified group teachers with professional degrees and extensive experience in Early Childhood Education. They are teamed with qualified assistant teachers. All staff are chosen for their professional ability, competence, Christian commitment, warmth, and genuine love of children. They are responsive to the children, actively listening, giving feed back, physical contact, and taking time to show interest in each individual.
